This is the 8-Pin version of the V-Sync cable for the iMac 27" Mid 2011. This is only compatible with the 8-Pin backlight board and it connects directly to the logic board. Unlike the 4-Pin version of the V-Sync cable, this does NOT come with an LCD temperature sensor attached so a separate temperature sensor will be required to regulate fan speeds when using this cable.
