iMac Alu 20" CPU Heat Sink /w Thermal Sensor.
This is the heat sink that attaches to the logic board on the top left hand side. It covers the CPU chip and has a thermal sensor attached onto it which slots into a socket on the back of the logic board. The Screws are included with this heat sink.
