This is the Mac Mini Logic Board for the M1 2020 model. This generation of Mac Mini used Apple’s first generation 5 nanometer ‘M1’ processor. This logic board consists of a 3.2GHz 8-Core processor which is made up of 4 high-performance and 4 high-efficiency cores, an 8-core Apple GPU along with a 16-core Neural Engine within the processor itself. This logic board has 16GB LPDDR4X (2,133MHz/4,266 MT/s) unified memory and 1TB of integrated flash storage. This logic board will come with a fresh install of macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) or later.

There are two versions of this logic board; Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. This listing is for the Standard Gigabit Ethernet version.
This logic board has Apples Secure Enclave disabled before being stripped which allows for the machine to boot an unverified operating system and external drives. These functions can be enabled once a repair is complete and an administrator level account is created on the integrated storage.
This is a highly static-sensitive device and replacement should not be attempted without suitable experience and anti-static precautions. If you remove the heat sink from the logic board, the seal must be re-made adequately when the new board is fitted to ensure the MacBook Pro does not overheat. Thermal paste is available from the Tools section.
