This logic board has 2GB (LPDDR4) integrated ram and 32GB of integrated flash storage. This logic board will come with a fresh install of iOS 9.3 or later.
Please note the following two pieces of information:
The Touch ID function is linked to the main logic board therefore the home button is sold with the logic board. Replacing either part without the other will result in the finger print recognition will cease to work. This listing is for the Space Gey variant however there is no functional difference between the any of the other colour variants, it is purely cosmetic.
This logic board is unlocked and therefore can work with any UK cellular network.
