This is the roof for the exhaust assembly for the Mac Pro late 2013 model. This attaches to the top of the exhaust assembly and has to be removed to access the inner layers of the assembly.
Please note that the roof is held in place by very strong double sided tape so if you remove the roof you will need to replace the tape kit with fresh tape.

Grade C means that this part is fully functional but will be in poor cosmetic condition and generally tatty.
