This is a upgrade DVD for Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6. This disk is will install on any intel based Mac which is capable of running Snow Leopard. This disk is used to upgrade a Mac system which is currently running 10.4 (Tiger) or 10.5 (Leopard) the operating system is designed to be installed over the top of the previous system without the need to carry out a fresh install.
Please note that the upgrade drop-in does not include any of the iLife applications but does include iTunes.
