They offer amazing customer service advice over the phone and via email, both before i ordered the parts and afterwards. The technical knowhow and experience they have is very impressive, even dating back to my original G3 machines. They have a serial number decoder that tells me exactly what machine i have and offers a link to the compatible parts for my generation. All in all an amazing experience and great parts.

I wanted to thank you for the speedy delivery of a product which Apple stores said was a non-replaceable item, and that my Macbook Air would have to be sent in for a full top and keyboard replacement - which would have costs hundreds of dollars to repair.
The key fit perfectly and solved my problem. It is good to know that you guys are around, and though across the US and the Atlantic ocean, the part made it within 5 days.
